If you are subscribed to a Newsletter and are not receiving the emails, it is likely that your email provider is marking them as Spam. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Prevent this by marking the email as not Spam and adding the sender to your contacts:
Yahoo Mail
Mark as not Spam:
- Open the Spam folder.
- Select the email.
- Click Not Spam.
Add sender as a contact:
- Open the email.
- Hover over the sender’s name.
- Click the three dots.
- Select Add to contacts.
Outlook, Hotmail, or Microsoft 365
Mark as not Spam:
- Go to Junk Email.
- Select the message.
- Click Not junk.
- (Optional) Select Always trust emails from this sender.
Add sender as a contact:
- Open the email.
- Click the sender’s name.
- Select Add to contacts.
Apple Mail / iCloud Mail
Mark as not Spam:
- Open Mail.
- Go to the Junk folder.
- Select the email.
- Click Not Junk.
Add sender as a contact:
- Open the email.
- Click the sender’s name.
- Select Add to Contacts.
