If you are already a subscriber getting a message to subscribe now, it is likely because you are not logged in your account. This commonly happens if you cleared cache in your browser, are logging in for the first time on your device or updated the app.

You will then be prompted to Log in with your email address and password. If you forgot the password click on "Reset password" to get an email with a link to reset.
